Joshua is a seasoned Mechanical / Piping Design Technician with over 12 years experience in sectors ranging from minerals, metals & oil and gas. Specializing in conceptual & detailed design of greenfield & brownfield facilities including refineries, LNG plants, processing plants, combined cycle power generating stations, process industries and on-site operations. A self-motivated team player who enjoys a challenge and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ensure quality and safety standards are met on time. 

Phil is a principal Piping / Mechanical Design Technician who brings a wealth of experience to the company with over 30 years of exposure to the mining, oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. Phil  is an expert when it comes to technical skillsets and has also assumed a number of leadership and managerial roles through his career. He is considered one of the best in the business when it comes to leading teams throughout the entire life cycle of a project, from PFS all the way through to detailed design.

 Ingrid is a highly skilled Chemist, Occupational Hygienist, and Risk/Compliance Manager with extensive experience in applying chemical processes and adhering to Australian safety standards across various industries. Her expertise in chemistry and risk management enables her to design innovative yet safe solutions. Ingrid is dedicated to optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing operational risks. She brings a sharp attention to detail, a strong grasp of chemical principles, and a proactive approach to identifying and managing potential hazards in the workplace.
